These terms apply to all orders placed on choukystoysstore.com and in our store.

Orders

• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.
• Prices are shown in US dollars.

Payment

• Online payments are processed securely by Whish Money.

Delivery and pickup

• Delivery options, prices and estimated times are shown at checkout.
• We deliver all over Lebanon.
• Store pickup orders can be collected from our store during opening hours.

Returns and exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 working days of delivery, unused, in their original packaging, with the receipt.
• Refund method: refunds are paid in cash at our store or by Whish transfer.
• The delivery fee is not refunded.
• If an order has to be delivered again, the customer pays for the second delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

• If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 working days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

Gift cards and promotions

• Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotions and coupons cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
