This website, choukystoysstore.com, and our store are operated by Chouky's ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, create an account, place an order or shop in our store, how we use it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data.

• Account details: your first and last name, mobile number (verified by a one-time SMS code) and, if you give it, your email address.
• Delivery details: your delivery address (governorate, city, area, street, building, floor and landmark).
• Orders and purchases: the products you buy, prices, discounts, delivery method, order status, payment method and payment status, for online orders and for purchases in our store.
• Your activity on the site: your cart, wishlist, recently viewed products, reviews you post, and event or quote requests you send us.
• Messages: what you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical information: basic usage statistics (for example which pages and products are viewed), collected by our own systems to improve the shop.

Online payments are processed by Whish Money. You enter your payment details on Whish's secure service, not on our site; we never see or store your card or wallet credentials. We only receive confirmation of whether the payment succeeded and the amount paid.

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and gift services.
• To contact you about your orders, deliveries and requests.
• To send notifications you have agreed to (for example order updates on your device); you can turn these off in your browser or phone settings at any time.
• To keep accounting and tax records required by law.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to improve our products, site and service.

We only use cookies and browser storage that the shop needs to work:

• Sign-in cookie to keep you logged in.
• Visitor cookie so your cart and wishlist are kept even before you sign in.
• Preferences such as your language, an applied coupon and recently viewed products.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not allow third-party ad networks to track you on our site. Our mobile number verification uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the shop, and only as needed:

• Google Firebase, for SMS verification of your mobile number and for push notifications.
• Whish Money, to process online payments.
• Microsoft 365, for our email.
• Delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
• Google Drive, where we keep encrypted backups of our systems.

We may also disclose information when required by law or by a competent authority.

We keep your account information while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept for as long as Lebanese accounting and tax rules require. Backups are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically.

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords and PINs are stored in hashed form, access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and our backups are encrypted. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a problem occurs.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account. You can also object to receiving notifications or messages from us. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to confirm your identity first. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept by law even if you close your account.

We sell toys, but our site and accounts are meant for adults (parents, relatives and other buyers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
